The fee that is automatically charged by our system for a lost book is $60.00 per book, which includes a $10 processing fee.  However, at the time that a student states that s/he can't find a book and is ready to pay for its replacement, we will research the actual replacement cost of the item and that, plus the $10 processing fee, is the amount that will actually be charged for the item.
