You may reserve a study room on our library webpage. Select "Reserve a Room" from the drop-down "Services" menu on the left. Once there, you may choose the room, date, and time frame that you need. All room reservations must be approved by a library staff member. You will receive a follow-up email stating the approval or denial of your reservation. Most reservations are approved on a timely basis. If your reservation has been approved, you may go directly to the room at your designated time. There is no need to check-in at the desk.
If you are unsure of which room you need to reserve, there is an info button to the side of each room on the reservation menu. This will give you directions to the room, along with technology that may be available and how many people the room can accommodate.
Please note that rooms are available for use without a reservation. A confirmed reservation secures your accessibility to the room.
