I am not able to log in anymore. I have been using firstname.lastname@brescia.edu and XXXX for my password, and it is not allowing me to log in to the off campus library.

If you can use your Brescia email you should be able to log in to the databases. Please refer to the attached tutorial. If after following the tutorial you are still not able to log in, please submit a ticket to the IT Help desk to ask Brescia IT department to reset your password.
