  • Click on Journals which is located under Resources on the Library Navigation Bar
  • To search for a specific journal name, such as 'Social Work', type the journal name in the search box
  • You will be directed to a list of databases that contain that subject in the journal title. Select the name of the journal you are looking for from the list.
  • Choose a database that contains the issue date that you need.
  • You will be directed to the main publication page for that journal with a list of all issues available
  • You will find the year, date, and issue or volume number that you need and will be able to locate the specific article from there
  • If you know the article title but do not know which issue it appears in, you may search within that specific publication instead.

If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact library staff via email (e-reference@brescia.edu), by phone (270-686-4212), or by using the live chat on any of our library pages.
